AFFIRMATIVE ACTION PLANAs the University of California, Irvine employs more than 50 people and receives more than $50,000 in federal contracts, it is required to publish a written affirmative action plan. The Office of Equal Opportunity and Diversity (OEOD) is the office designated with this responsibility. The UCI Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) is available for review at the OEOD office (103 MSTB).
