The UCI Office of Equal Opportunity and Diversity (OEOD) is responsible for the University's compliance with federal and state laws and University policies and procedures regarding discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, and sexual violence. OEOD works to promote and integrate the principles of equal opportunity, affirmative action, nondiscrimination, and inclusive excellence at UCI. OEOD serves the campus and health enterprise.

Scheduling with OEOD
To ensure we always have staff available to assist you, OEOD offers meetings by appointment. For new matters or to schedule an appointment (via Zoom or in-person), please email OEOD or call (949) 824-5594 and leave a message with your request and contact information. A staff member will get back to you shortly. If you are following up on a matter with a particular investigator or other OEOD staff member, please provide that person's name in your message as well. To report an incident of discrimination, harassment, or sexual violence, you may also file a report online.
Training for Students
The University has partnered with Vector Solutions to provide the required Sexual Violence Prevention training for students. This training helps with creating and maintaining an environment in which all persons who live, work, and learn at UCI can be free from sexual harassment, sexual assault, relationship violence, stalking, and retaliation. For questions or concerns regarding access to the Vector Solutions training, please email OEOD Training.
